What is considered a group?
Group discounts are for everyone!  We welcome any groups interested in experiencing some of the best live entertainment Baton Rouge has to offer.  Group discounts aren’t just for corporate, student, and travel groups.  Organize a night on the town with your friends, family, neighborhood group, alumni association, church group or social club!

Here’s how it works:
It’s as easy as 1-2-3 to bring your group!

1. Get your group together:  Whether you are friends, cousins, colleagues, employees, executives, members of an association, a church, students, alumni, or tourists BRLT considers you a group as long has you have at least 10 people.  Promotional materials, including flyers, postcards, and posters (if available), can be provided upon request to assist group leaders in advertising the event. 
2. Reservation: E-mail group sales at groupsales@brlt.org or call us at (225) 924-6496 ext. 16 and let us know which performance you would like to see, the estimated number of tickets you would like to hold and your preferred seating location.
3.  Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of the reservation.  At least one week prior to your scheduled performance, your final payment is due.  Adjustments to your reservation must be made prior to final payment.  Once the final payment is received, no exchanges or refunds will be issued.  Payments may be made by a single credit card, cash, or check payable to Baton Rouge Little Theater.  Tickets will be mailed to the group leader for distribution once final payment has been made (if time permits) or will be left at will call for the group leader.
