Thanks to the Pension Protection Act of 2006, you can make an outright gift to BRLT from your IRA account of up to $100,000 without including the IRA withdrawal in your taxable income. Amounts transferred from an IRA to BRLT may be counted towards your Minimum Required Distribution.
